ADMINISTRATION AREA
- After Log in you can choose from all the Languages you have set up - nearly all the Admin Area will be shown in this Language. Only some Phrases we have left in English.
- Administrators: The Admin Area is protected by Username and Password. There are Superadmins, Admins [Chief Editors], Editors and Guests [Members]. The rights of each User can be set individually.
- The Password is saved encrypted (RC4 Password Encryption).
- Forgotten admin login data can be sent via email.
- Edit Setup Data, Languages, Main Colors, System Files and Users.
- Database (Page) editing: You may add, delete, move, copy and edit Pages. You also may deactivate Pages = they are still there but not shown public. Also you may set Pages as fo "Members only". Only Users you have defined as Guests/Members can log in and see the Content of these Pages.
- You may set pages to be editable by single Users only (e.g. restrict access to Admins or other Editors).
- For editing you are using an extensive WYSIWYG Editor what means if you are able to use a Text Software you should be able to use our Editor.
- Of course you also may work in pure HTML mode. Also it is possible to upload Images with this Tool if your Server supports this.
- Add News of any kind with links to internal or external pages.
- Beside the WYSIWYG Editor you may upload multiple (up to 4) Images to the Images folder via another Script if your Server supports this.
- Image/Assets Explorer allows you to add, delete and rename Files and Folders (Images Folder plus Sub Folders).
- Important System Files like the the Database Path, Style Sheet or the Language file may be edited online. Also the Meta Information for Search Engines are editable here - add/edit/include any kind of Meta Tags. The Index Page you can edit here too (in HTML Mode).
- The Guestbook, Forum, Photo Gallery and other Modules have their own Admin Section.
- Database Backup: You may backup a copy of the Database before making any changes and restore the Database from this Backup if neccessary.
